As we discussed the topics for consideration this year, it became obvious that we each have different interests partly driven by our day-jobs.  The proposal for going forward is to reduce our meeting frequency to monthly giving us more time to work on developing these scripts.
* Should we meet every 2 weeks or monthly?  Kevin will ask the group by email for their preference.
+
* Safety pharm data set summarization for Latin square - Jarad.
 +
* Send test data factory - Bob

* Programatic edit of xpt files and/or convert from xpt to excel and back to xpt - Bill
 +
* GroupSEND function - Kevin

* Repository Index - Hanming

* Where to focus our efforts for next year?
+
Action items:
** We looked at the groupSEND function to consider how it could be enhanced to support SEND analysis of many kinds:
+
* We will each create a scoping / planning description of our areas. (In today's meeting we started drafting this for the Safety Pharm script: )
*** completeness statistics
+
* Respond to Kevin's request for good meeting times.
*** study interpretation

*** cross-study analysis.

*** Associating study Element with each data point.

** Script in R to enable editing SEND files in Excel and convert them back to *.xpt.  Designed to also facilitate the creation of custom domains.

** Jared has a script in SAS that does something similar (Excel to xpt) and is better than what we have in the repository now.  He will see if he can share it.

** Kevin may create an LB domain visualization for SEND data as a test of the groupSEND function.

** Continue work on the script repository's index

*** The BG script can run but can't write to any folder except a temp folder. Maybe we can get the script use this folder.

* Kevin shared what he has prepared to help people evaluate the groupSEND function.
