This event will concentrate on working on the existing content - the scripts created in 2014.

1. See separate mails for account information regarding:

c. R Scriptathon Environment

2. Assign each individual one or more scripts from this list:

CSS 2015 Scriptathon Scripts

3. We will split into small groups or pairs to:

a. edit the name of the script and YML file to fit the convention
Note: Work with Hanming Tu to change file names "live" during the event
b. edit the YML file to ensure the right attributes are filled in.

4. Naming conventions: Suggested Name Conventions

a. Three level name, followed by a language-specific extension. The first level of the name should indicate White Paper focus or general focus, folllowed by two descriptive levels.
b. The YML files should be named to indicate the Script association following this example: Script a_b_c.sas should have an associated file a_b_c_sas.yml

5. YML Attributes to get right:

  • Title
  • Source (which White Paper Subject)
  • Target (a URL of the White Paper)
  • Type
  • Subtype
  • Language name
  • Language version
  • Keywords
  • Qualification Stage (single letter, using the codelist below)
    • C : Contributed
    • D : Develop
    • R : Review
    • Q : Qualified
    • At this point, all scripts are at D level
